Lack of communication from corporate to the smaller sites. No support in getting help to accomplish goals or even get the office files straightened out. If you are a favorite you will rise quickly but if you're not you will get looked over for a position even though you are well versed in the position and have to help train the new boss.

She tries to inject her political views onto everyone In the company and expects you to agree. This in lies sending a mass email about how sad she was that Kamala Harris did not win.
I would have to be paid for my thoughts because it would make the company much more efficient in getting things doen.
