The LicensedNurse (LPN/RN) plays a pivotal role in supporting residents within Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. They conduct assessments, devise care plans, manage medications and treatments, implement care strategies, evaluate resident progress, and meticulously document all care services. Utilizing the nursing process, they ensure adherence to the NursePractice Act and regulatory standards, working under the guidance of the Resident Care Director while upholding Commonwealth Senior Living's principles. Qualifications
• Holds an unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse or LicensedPracticalNurse.
• CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency in medication administration and nursingpractices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, inspiring and motivating others.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately, maintaining detailed records.

• Safely assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Responsively address inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff.

• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure resident safety.
• Uphold residents' rights and promptly report any concerns.
