We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Technician to join our team. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the facility's systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This role requires expertise in facility maintenance, and hands-on technical problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building operations. The Equipment Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs on all assigned equipment to ensure their proper operation and function in accordance with safety regulations and company policy. What you'll do: Perform routine inspections, basic installations, and minor repairs. Perform general building maintenance which may include carpentry, painting, light plumbing, changing of light bulbs, and repair of minor electrical devices.
