DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will operate facility equipment and light- to medium-duty vehicles (trucks, vans, buses) in compliance with safety regulations to support transportation, maintenance, construction, and seasonal snow and ice removal. Responsibilities include performing excavation, repair, and installation work for utilities, roads, sidewalks, and landscaping using tractors, backhoes, skid loaders, mowers, chainsaws, forklifts, and related equipment. You will restore sites to the original grade after construction, remove trees and stumps, and maintain facility grounds. Additionally, you will provide patient and group transportation, conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, prepare and operate snow-removal operations, and instruct staff on equipment use. You will also effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to changing work demands to meet deadlines. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: * Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week * Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, rotating weekend and holiday schedule, with a 30-minute lunch.
