Pros of working at CommScope
The best people leave quickly, so it's a great way to make contacts when you want to leave and have those connections to help you escape.
Cons of working at CommScope
Lack of diversity- the "diversity" they speak of is due to importing workers from India to do jobs that could be done by US talent. TOXIC CULTURE. Unqualified leadership making stupid decisions that impact both stockholders and employees negatively.... but "they" seem to be doing just fine.
CommScope benefits
The best thing about Commscope was getting out of there as quickly as possible. Very painful place to work. Incompetent leadership at all levels.
