As PRTC’s Chief Technology Officer, Tony brings over 26 years of Service Provider and IT experience to his role. His current responsibilities include driving new technology and product direction for PRTC’s carrier network and managed IT services portfolio, managing all aspects of engineering, operations and IT and facilitating business development through network expansion and acquisition. Tony is also responsible for managing Software Development, R&D, IT Operations and Product Support for CDG, a telecom OSS/BSS solution provider based in Champaign, IL.His strong technology background, ability to staff and manage technical teams and strong organizational skills have enabled a proven track record for building and managing next generation networks, providing corporate technology vision and building revenue generating products for several companies. Tony’s passion is to bring emerging technologies to underserved rural communities to facilitate economic growth in these often overlooked areas. Additionally he strives to drive efficiency and operational excellence into the teams he manages with the ultimate goal being market leadership and an unsurpassed customer experience.

William R Oglesby is a Chief Financial Officer at Communications Data Group Inc and is based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
