As a Residential Solar (RS) Monitoring Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS's fast-paced emerging businesses. A RS Monitoring Specialist is responsible for a variety of operations related tasks such as asset monitoring, working with third parties to resolve maintenance issues, processing invoices for service work, and a strong willingness to learn and tackle new problems. This role directly contributes to IGS's goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: Monitor IGS' portfolio of installed systems using a combination of IGS' platform and manufacturers' monitoring profiles Ensures the systems are performing optimally. Identifies and investigates developing trends affecting system performance. Assists with weekly calls with maintenance providers to review outstanding issues and to dispatch technicians when needed. Monitors system behavior such as degradation, production, and underperforming systems to ensure optimal performance. Supports IGS billing Analyst team in accurately billing customers, resolving discrepancies and addressing customer billing concerns. Reviews and audits own completed work for accuracy, makes corrections when necessary, and timely reports status to management. Review closed issues for appropriate documentation. Review and approve service invoices for payment. Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Instructors will lead hands on educational programs and activities for campers related to the week's theme. Responsibilities: Direct supervision of campers throughout the camp day including lunch time and recess at Union Terminal and at offsite locations. Keep skill notes and student notes up to date after every shift. Spot clean as needed around the gym. Check in with office staff before leaving the gym. Clean mats and other equipment. Attend all required staff meetings. Take pictures of students with a picture frame when skills are accomplished. Perform immediate first-aid in the event of an injury. The Healthcare Instructor provides instruction for CNA, Phlebotomy and EKG classes for the Multi-Skilled Technician course. Duties include planning lessons, monitoring skills and assessing student progress on an ongoing basis, collecting, recording and reporting all necessary information related to students in a timely manner. Helps keep up to date student records, files and gradebooks. Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide class starting Nov 2025. Attends 5-day in person orientation in Co, Ohio Flexibility with class times are available, days or evenings. We can work with your schedule. Teaches the EKG/Phlebotomy curriculum certified through MedCA, and CNA curriculum according to Ohio Dept of Health. May need to update curriculum to best practices, lesson plans, teaching materials to aid students in developing skills and confidence in healthcare areas. Integrates computer-aided instruction into lessons as appropriate. Teaches hands on skills in the healthcare courses. Attends Clinical sites with students and overseas for safety. Attends skills lab testing for safety of students and volunteers. Collects, records, and reports all necessary information related to students. Attends company-wide engagement and volunteer activities including outreach. Keeps up to date with professional development and CEU's. Requirements: Associate degree in nursing but bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Experience working with adult and High School learners preferred.
