As a Residential Solar (RS) Monitoring Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS's fast-paced emerging businesses. A RS Monitoring Specialist is responsible for a variety of operations related tasks such as asset monitoring, working with third parties to resolve maintenance issues, processing invoices for service work, and a strong willingness to learn and tackle new problems. This role directly contributes to IGS's goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor IGS' portfolio of installed systems using a combination of IGS' platform and manufacturers' monitoring profiles
Ensures the systems are performing optimally.
Identifies and investigates developing trends affecting system performance.
Assists with weekly calls with maintenance providers to review outstanding issues and to dispatch technicians when needed.
Monitors system behavior such as degradation, production, and underperforming systems to ensure optimal performance.
Supports IGS billing Analyst team in accurately billing customers, resolving discrepancies and addressing customer billing concerns.
Reviews and audits own completed work for accuracy, makes corrections when necessary, and timely reports status to management.
Review closed issues for appropriate documentation.
Review and approve service invoices for payment.
Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
* Completion of Apprenticeship Program OR Journey level in subject area OR Associate's degree in related field and five years of direct occupational experience.
* Occupational experience may include positions as:
* Substation Electrician
* Specific on the job experience in:
* Troubleshooting and repair of substations.
* Installation, testing and maintenance of high and medium voltage electrical equipment related to power transmission and distribution with specialization on substations.
* Oversight of construction and commissioning o new equipment, routine maintenance and testing, analyzing test results, troubleshooting faulty equipment and monitoring the operation of substations.
* Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagram, and technical engineering related information.
* Repairing and replacing substation equipment and components.
* Proficient in above and below ground equipment
* NESC and NEC Electrical Safety codes
* Work safely around high and medium voltage, construction operations and equipment, and electrical hazards.

SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Residential Services, the Specialist, Residential Care provides direct care support services to clients in a residential facility. Working closely with the House Coordinator, you will operationally support the facility, supervise the residents in the completion of their daily tasks and handle any emerging situations that require immediate attention. Summary
The Ignite Scholar role is ideal for talented biomedical researchers who have recently completed their doctoral degree and seek a mentored pathway toward a tenure track faculty position. Essential Functions:
Maintain complete and current clinical records regarding all persons served.
Provide educations to persons served, family members of persons served and other staff regarding substance use treatment, symptom management, wellness, and health.
Provide ongoing observation of persons served mental illness or substance use and physical symptoms, as well as their response to treatment, communicate any changes to the treatment team to ensure immediate and appropriate interventions are provided.
Facilitate group activities focused on mental health or substance use needs to clients served.
Provide direct supervision of clients to ensure safety and basic needs are met.
Assist clients with management of behaviors and positive behavioral interventions.
Ensure the safety of clients serviced and of unit by completing regular safety checks of clothing,
belongings and physical environment.
