Ability to identify and develop communications for client and internal audiences. Review, proofread, and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to written communication best practices. Adhere to established team and client processes to support consistency in project reporting. Collaborate with leaders and peers to gain an understanding of solutions, business strategy and healthcare industry to create content for assigned projects. Execute communications strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging. Create and curate communications from concept to completion including white papers, articles, web pages, social media, presentations and other marketing collateral. Evaluate communication trends using various platforms and to measure and create approaches to create shape messaging and narrative that positively influences external stakeholders and mitigates emerging risks. Manage multiple ongoing communication projects and manage deadlines that include stakeholder and leadership review. Manage time and ensure proper time reporting depending on the task you are currently working on. Track, measure, and present results of communication efforts. Primary tasks include the following: Work with the Marketing & Brokerage teams to execute marketing strategies and objectives. Assist with creating engaging and creative content for all platforms (social media, company website, etc.) Provide various market activity reports to the team including deal updates, park updates and other reports as needed. Assist with plans to build, manage, and optimize communications with existing clients, as well as curating strategies to assist in gaining new clients and increasing our market presence. Perform market analysis and research on current market conditions and other client information as needed. Drive to R&R properties and various locations as required.
