Qualifications:

About the Role
As a member of the Corporate Affairs & Communications team, you will support the team in its global internal communications, PR, social media, and digital and community relations initiatives. Your Team
This position reports into the Director, Internal Communications, but will partner with multiple members of the Corporate Communications team.
What You Will Do
Support internal and external communications, including managing content, editorial calendars and analytics on our internal intranet and social media channels.
Provide organizational support for HARMAN Inspired (HARMAN's global community relations program) through promotional asset creation, product distributions and event coordination. Provide administrative support necessary for events and campaigns.
Act as a roving reporter and photographer for events.
Serve as a resource to coordinate internal and external resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
Aid in content management for department and dissemination to global teams including cataloging content/video resources, updating corporate information and producing media clippings and analysis.

This work will have an appreciable on-site component that may extend into working in laboratory and pilot plant facilities. Interns can expect to learn the specific programs or tools needed to execute their research program. They will be given access to numerous data streams and develop ways of working to generate insights from the data. Interns will plan approaches, analyze their data using statistical and graphical tools, and generate predictive models. They will generate input and incorporate feedback from a cultivated network of technical experts within Unilever to enhance the delivery of their project.

What You'll Need to Succeed
+ Undergraduate with sophomore or junior status based on Major in Chemical Engineering or other related major
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
+ Ability to conduct an experimental program to generate relevant, high-quality data with subsequent data analysis and interpretation

About the Job: The Metropolitan Golf Association, located in Elmsford, N.Y., is seeking Field Team members to assist the Communications Department throughout the MGA's Championship Season. The assignments involve traveling throughout the tri-state area (can be region specific) to MGA Sectional Qualifying Rounds for Championships, as well as WGA and LIGA events, and USGA qualifying rounds conducted by the MGA, to oversee scoring operations (including data entry and reporting). He/she may also assist with scoring and other general tasks at MGA Championships and member club events as needed. (Please note this is a part-time seasonal position - working 1-2 days per week, typically between Mondays - Wednesdays.
What You'll Do
At Sectional Qualifying Rounds:
Oversee live scoring operations utilizing online tournament software, provide instructions to competitors and troubleshoot as needed.
Set up TV for live leaderboard/manage physical scoreboard (as needed); responsible for transportation of TVs and event kits to on-site events.
Publish full tournament results on ****************
Write a brief recap of the event summarizing the day and take photos as needed.
