Schedule and Requirements
Full on-site availability during the summer: June-August, Monday-Friday
Hours: camp operates 7am-6pm, team members typically work 35 hours per week within this timeframe.
Ability to commute to: 370 Lancaster Ave, Haverford, PA 19041
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be up to date on all immunizations and willing to provide emergency health information upon hire.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, respond quickly to emergencies, and work in an active, outdoor environment.
Must provide a current portfolio link showcasing recent photography and media work.

Pay range: $16-18/hour
FLSA Status: This is a seasonal full-time, non-exempt paid internship position under the FLSA.
Paid training: remote training on: including safety, DEI, classroom management, and more + in-person staff training the weekend prior to camp; please note that training is paid at state minimum wage, or $12/hr, whichever is higher.
All required background checks and certifications fully reimbursed.
Summer Bonus: Earn an additional $40 per week for working six or more weeks with no absences.

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms. In addition to supporting day-to-day activities, the intern will play a key role in developing a comprehensive social media strategy for Feeser's, including major platforms and emerging channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in developing a social media strategy for Feeser's, including identifying key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), exploring additional opportunities such as podcast advertising, Reddit, and emerging channels, outlining content themes, posting frequency, and engagement tactics.
Create engaging content including graphics, short videos, and captions aligned with brand guidelines.
Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to improve engagement.
Track and report on social media and digital campaign performance using analytics tools.

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns in Feeser's online ordering system, email marketing, and other digital marketing platforms.
Assist in developing digital marketing strategies including marketing through email and other digital channels.

Qualifications and Experience:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
