As a Summer Intern, you can expect your experience to include the following: * Organize, tag, and craft project descriptions in our database to gain understanding of our projects & clients * Align client strategy materials in our database to create a central repository for information on our clients * Conduct research on competition and client background materials to support our Business Development activities * Work with staff on social media communications to support conferences and other industry events * Successfully manage and deliver assignments on time. * Working independently and with teams to complete assignments with other team members in a virtual platform. * Manage and deliver assignments on time, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. * Complete an Internship Capstone project demonstrating skill development, learning, and accomplishments gained during the summer internship experience. Work schedule and location: Summer Interns with Brown and Caldwell work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week and may have the potential for hybrid work schedules and fieldwork. Desired Skills and Experience: * To qualify for an internship, you must be enrolled as a student seeking a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * You must be enrolled for the 2025-2026 academic year and plan to continue in Fall 2026. * You also must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Qualifications (Education Requirements/Experience): Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, design, or a related field. Successful completion of a background check and current and/or ability to obtain the following clearances: Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI Fingerprinting. Highly relational self-starter, detail-orientated, and able to work both independently and closely within a team. Requirements Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, projectors, and filing cabinets. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a summer internship, full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be able to work from the office located in Chippewa Township, PA.
