Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for executing ATS's brand and messaging across priority marketing channels and customer-facing materials. This role produces clear, accurate, and on‑brand content that supports revenue‑driving marketing initiatives and the MarCom team's performance goals, such as message penetration and influenced revenue. This is a hands-on role focused on translating business and technical inputs into polished B2B communications. Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
Execute organic social media content, including planning, drafting, and scheduling posts in alignment with established messaging, audience priorities, and channel guidelines.
Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to gather inputs, validate technical accuracy, and clarify complex information.
Develop and maintain customer-facing collateral such as info sheets, line cards, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations in accordance with ATS brand and messaging standards.
Coordinate with external agencies by consolidating internal feedback, managing content deliverables, and ensuring final outputs meet accuracy and brand requirements.
Maintain organized, up-to-date content libraries, ensuring consistent naming, version control, and accurate file organization.
Support long-form or specialized content initiatives, including press releases, award submissions, and case studies, as assigned.
Stay informed on marketing and digital communication tools and best practices, applying relevant improvements to day-to-day content creation and execution.
Represent ATS with strong business understanding and clear B2B communicationin all content produced.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of proven marketing experience preferably in a B2B corporate organization.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The ACS II is the entry level position within the Airport Communications Specialist (ACS) series. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for working harmoniously with co-workers while assisting the AOC Supervisory team in maintaining a safe, orderly and efficient work environment
Obey departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Meet IAA standards of conduct and performance
Responsible for working harmoniously with all Airport employees and other stakeholders

Escalates IT support issues as appropriate, communicating relevant information (such as criticality and timeliness), and confirm escalated issue has been received
Monitors various police, fire, life-safety and security alarm systems and coordinates the proper response with airport and other local agencies as necessary
Ensures that all calls for service are handled in a timely, efficient and professional manner and that all records are maintained in accordance with Airport, local, state and federal standards and/or regulations

What We Need YOU To Do: The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest intern on the Communications and Outreach team, working at our Central Office in beautiful downtown Columbus, Ohio. Here's your closeup: * Develop and produce audio-visual productions for Agency training, education, and information purposes.
* Research resource materials, write scripts, and storyboards, and coordinate production activities (e.g., scheduling of materials, programs, studio preparation).
* Operate A/V and related equipment (e.g., video and still cameras, audio recorders, etc.).
* Utilize light and sound filtration materials and techniques and participate in development of other media productions (e.g., PowerPoint, still art and photos, animation projects, etc.).
* Sort and file resource materials (e.g., art, photos, music, video, other images).
* Ensure social content is aligned with the Agency brand aesthetics and identity.
* Participate and brainstorms, content ideation, and team meetings.
* Develop and execute social media campaigns for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging daily content, i.e. text, images, and videos that promote the Agency's brand.
* Measure the success of social media campaigns using KPI's.
* Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.
* Monitor engagement and create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
* Collaborate with programs to ensure content is informative and app.
* Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program directly related to the position or have recently graduated within the quarter/semester immediately preceding the start date.
