POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning initiatives. Assist in content, value proposition, and messaging development; includes participation in the IMC planning and creative development process, offering input during brainstorms and helping prepare briefs and draft content.

Coordinate with external vendors for quotes, RFPs, purchase orders, and invoices. Includes leveling quotes and proposals, tracking marketing spend, and supporting basic reporting to stay within budget and streamline cost management.

Assist in integrated marketing communication (IMC) planning for commercialization of products, new programs, campaigns promotions, and branding initiatives.
Support new product launches and promotions by coordinating the delivery of launch kits, training materials, tools and samples, and product literature.
Support execution and logistics of trade shows and customer-facing events, including pre-show planning, communications, onsite setup and takedown, asset management, and follow-up coordination.

Track usage and effectiveness of campaigns, materials and samples by compiling basic performance metrics from digital marketing sources, inventory, and other sales support tools.
Conduct competitive research to monitor trends in marketing collateral, messaging, packaging, and merchandising.
Assist in tracking marketing spend for assigned projects and maintaining budget documentation.
Support reporting efforts by helping gather inputs and prepare summaries for campaign recaps or quarterly reviews.

Key Responsibilities
Community Event Management
Responsible for administrative tasks (e.g., ordering materials, packing materials for an event or sponsorship, sending materials to a branch, setting up for a seminar and/or cleaning up at the conclusion, managing RSVPs, etc.).

* Ensure design teams follow the Digital Delivery Plan for modeling, reviews, coordination, quality control, and data exchange.

Model Management
* Oversee creation, integration, and maintenance of federated BIM models across all disciplines.
* Perform clash detection and resolution using ACC Model Coordination; conduct QA checks for seamless coordination.

Coordination & Collaboration
* Organize and lead BIM coordination sessions with all disciplines and stakeholders using Common Data Environments (e.g., ACC).
* Manage a federated BIM model for internal and external teams; ensure proper access to documents, standards, and CDE.
Training & Support
* Troubleshoot Revit and AutoCAD issues for team members.
* Mentor junior BIM staff and provide advanced BIM tool training.
* Facilitate design software use and digital tool support; deliver training to ensure digital competence
* Develop and implement Ramboll and project-specific standards.
Integration & Innovation
* Integrate BIM with project management, construction management, and cost estimation systems.
* Explore and implement emerging technologies such as 4D/5D BIM.
* Assist with team integration with ACC.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in a relevant technical curriculum, accompanied by 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Architecture or a related construction field.
* Understanding of digital design processes and standards.
* Demonstrated advanced proficiency and in-depth understanding of design software tools such as AutoCAD and REVIT, including their application in complex project environments.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within diverse teams.
* Working knowledge of basic building construction and engineering. Ability to actively look at and determine model quality issues using this basic knowledge.
* Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ACC Model Coordination.

Primary Responsibilities
