Department Description

This position is controlled by the Service Contract Act (SCA) and is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum education and years of related/relevant work experience:High School/GED and more than three years ofdemonstrated experience assessing, troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance on Navy Communication equipment.PQS 301 qualification is required.If selected candidate is not PQS 301 qualified on or before hire date, he/she must be willing and able to obtain PQS 301 qualification within 3 months of employment.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform in a variety of 40 hour work-week configurations, including:
1.Monday-Friday (5 x 8): 1st Shift
2.Monday-Friday (5 x 8):2nd Shift
