I like working at CTDI because it’s always something to learn. The teams of people I work with are so respectful and dedicated to our job task. We work hard by making it the best time away from our homes. The job is very easy.
The job could be amazing. However, the management team doesn’t connect well with the team. The communication and loyalty doesn’t exist. No appreciation or respect for dedicated team players.
My favorite perk would be the vacation packages. CTDI also pays for child care as well as reimbursement for college tuition.

There are various departments to work in and skills/responsibilities to learn (if your supervisor allows moving around). The people I worked with were awesome and the jobs performed there are never too demanding. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to be trained in Gen5 (Box) Testing, Box Repair/Refurbishment/Cleaning, CMTx (Modem) Testing, Modem Cleaning/Refurbishment, both Gen5 and CMTx Pack Out lines, and ended my career there as a QC (Quality Control) for the Gen5 line. The shift was split up nicely with two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. Working there helped me discover what my strengths/weaknesses are in the work-place as well as the types of work/responsibilities I feel truly passionate about.
At our location, management and leadership was less than constant-people seemed to come and go faster than most of us could keep track of. In addition, there was a lot of favoritism and what seemed like unorganized and/or last-minute changes throughout all departments. Many of the leads/supervisors behaved unprofessionally (mostly in the form of work-related gossip). I, personally, was promised by FOUR different supervisors that I would be hired into the company and never was. Leadership roles were also picked mostly based off of biased or "favored" opinions and once an employee was given a leadership role, their work was poorly monitored, allowing for various slip-ups throughout the work day and frustrated co-workers. Also, if you ever forgot your badge and had to log in manually in the security office, those worked hours were not accounted for on the next check and could take up to weeks or months to receive that missed pay. Overall, a lot of the "company management" appeared as though they were simply "wingin' it" and hoping for the best. Recently, the entire Gen5 half of the warehouse was laid off as a result of what we were told were electronic-related issues and lack of work. Getting a guaranteed answer from anyone throughout my time working there was unlikely and uncommon.
Fair pay, manageable work, weekly paychecks, X-amount of tardy/absent "passes", the work day was split up evenly with breaks so time went by fast, awesome co-workers, multiple job positions and (usually) a lot of flexibility in positions available.
