The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: * Manage accurate and timely publication of companywide content on platforms such as the intranet, mass email systems, online newsroom, digital signage, and media walls. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and formatting best practices. * Review content for clarity and consistency, validate links and multimedia assets, and ensure functionality and compliance with corporate and legal requirements. * Collaborate with the Communications Enablement team to align platform features with strategic goals, test new tools, and suggest improvements. * Work with the Publishing Manager to develop publishing standards, templates, workflows, and guidelines for consistent publishing. * Train and support content contributors on publishing processes and governance requirements. * Resolve technical or formatting challenges quickly, coordinating with platform administrators as needed. * Research and apply best practices in intranet management, digital content distribution, and emerging tech to keep Prudential's communications ecosystem cutting-edge.
