Responsibilities of Service Care Coordinator II:
  • Provide support to medical, behavioral and social support staff to determine needs, eligibility and services for members.
  • Conduct screening and risk assessment interventions per program guidelines.
  • Identify special needs members through the completion of health screens and other resources.
  • Work with community outreach/member advocates to coordinate member care.
  • Educate providers and community resources on program components and available support services.
  • Educate members with special needs to foster compliance with program and positively impact outcomes.

Provide Space Delta 6 (Cyber), Space Delta 8 (SATCOM-NAVWAR) Communications Security (COMSEC) Support including COMSEC guidance to the Government. Provide technical support to perform Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) security oversight functions for the SCI/SAP Physical Security, SCI/SAP Personnel Security, SCI Personnel Security, and Cybersecurity in support of the United States Space Force Space Operations Command Special Security Office (USSF SpOC SSO) Space Base Delta 1(SBD1) for both CONUS and OCONUS. Tasks include:
+ Manage classified equipment, materials, and information in accordance with DoD COMSEC policies

+ Securely store classified material

+ Maintain COMSEC access list and limits access to classified material to authorized personnel

+ Maintains accountability of all COMSEC material

+ Submit required accounting reports

+ Brief users and maintains records of initial briefings and debriefings

+ Program and distribute COMSEC devices

+ Order, receive, load, and manage COMSEC keying material using the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices

+ Re-key circuits as required

+ Oversee the accurate inventory, distribution, accountability, and destruction of COMSEC keys and related material

+ Maintain COMSEC material and equipment to include: key tapes, firefly keys, electronic keys, SDNS products, and STEs

Job Requirements/Required Skills:

+ Strong understanding of COMSEC accountability as well as knowledge of the procedures required for the issue and receipt of COMSEC equipment and materials to include inventory and mailing

+ Able to perform regular moderate lifting (approximately 25 - 40 pounds)

Desired Skills:

+ Familiarity with security policy/manuals and the appropriate Executive Orders, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)/Joint Guides and Regulations, and AF Instruction/Manuals and other guiding policy documents
