Job Purpose/Summary
The purpose of the Multi-Regional Data Manager position is to oversee the local implementation and monitoring of the data collection requirements set forth by the National CIS Office. This includes maintaining an active knowledge of the database and national data requirements, providing training and support to local staff, updating documentation and training material, providing training as needed, monitoring the data collection efforts to ensure all standards are met at the highest quality, and assisting the Executive Directors of Elko, Humboldt and any other assigned affiliates in overseeing affiliate assets and various administrative functions. This position also includes collaboration with the statewide data team to ensure standardization and implementation of best practices surrounding data collection, correction, reporting & analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
CISDM Implementation, Ongoing Data Collection, Training & Management
Act as CISDM database administrator for all assigned teams with the oversight of State Data Director, providing training, troubleshooting and technical support.
Oversee the facilitation of data training in alignment with statewide standards for all Site Coordinators, Program Managers/Directors, and interns in all assigned affiliates.
Provide one-on-one or group data support as needed or requested.
Develop additional/alternate measurement tools as needed. These may include but are not limited to standards documents, assessments, forms, and tracking systems.
Analyze trends in data reporting to provide support and training to Site Coordinators to ensure the model is implemented with effectiveness and fidelity.
Provide guidance and oversight to all assigned Programs and Leadership teams to ensure the individual affiliate's data and evaluation goals are met.
Report data back to Site Coordinators and Programs staff on a regularly scheduled basis in coordination with the State Data team to enhance monitoring & adjusting of school and student supports.
Standards & Reporting
Complete all required statewide reporting requirements in a timely manner and adhering to reporting standards.
Ensure implementation and adherence to statewide data standards in both Elko and Humboldt affiliates.
Lead all assigned affiliate(s) requirements to accurately complete and report on quarterly monitoring and adjusting.
Lead all assigned affiliate(s) requirements to accurately complete EOY reporting according to National Standards.
Develop new data entry and reporting requirements for grants and special initiatives in collaboration with State Data team.
Monitor overall Accreditation performance to ensure compliance with National Standards.
Statewide Data Team Participation & Administrative Duties
Regularly attend National meetings/trainings/etc. around data collection and reporting.
Act as data liaison between Northeastern Nevada- assigned regions, the State Data Team, Grants and Programs Departments and other Nevada affiliates.
Work with the state team to streamline efficiencies as it pertains to capturing and reporting on data.
Attend and actively participate in all team and administrative meetings for both Elko and Humboldt affiliates.
Attend and actively participate in all regular state data team meetings as well as bi-weekly supervisory meetings.

Qualifications include:
· Experience working with at-risk youth and case management preferred.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the health and human services (or a closely related) field.
· Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing required.
· Bilingual in Spanish and English desirable.

· Enter all progress data quarterly and end of year data as required.
School Relations
· Promote cooperation between school staff, administration and the CIS of Nevada team, whenever possible.
· Collaborate with school staff in order to integrate the CIS of Nevada Tier I, Tier II and Tier III services, and keep informed about pertinent activities occurring at the school and in the community.
· Provide desired feedback to the school and agency personnel.
· Network with school staff to create and maintain positive image of the CIS of Nevada.
· Communicate regularly with the school administration and staff.
Meetings, Training, and Professional Development
· Attend all CIS of Nevada Site Coordinator meetings.
· Participate in CIS of Nevada personal and professional development trainings.
· Complete SCLP certification through CIS University within required timeline.
Qualifications and Competencies Qualifications include:
· Experience working with at-risk youth and case management preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, along with computer and data base skills.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the health and human services (or a closely related) field.
· Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing required.
· Bilingual in Spanish and English desirable.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
· Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear continually. Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull regularly and for extended periods of time. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch regularly. (Site Coordinators frequently move throughout the school campus, so they must be able to maneuver the school campus (stairs, hills, ramps) as well as lift, push, pull, etc. efficiently and on a regular basis. They will often transport items from one site of the campus to the other
· Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine. Distance vision required to drive an automobile, if driving is a requirement of the job.
· Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Site Coordinators will be outside on duty or walking from place to place on the campus or during events, so they are exposed to outdoor conditions.
· Moderate noise levels as found in a business office and classroom setting.

Job Purpose/Summary
Responsible for leading or co-leading a school site team in the implementation of the CIS Model at a comprehensive CIS of Nevada site. Serve as a liaison between the CIS of Nevada comprehensive site school leadership team and the CIS of Nevada leadership team. Responsible for developing, planning, implementing and supervising the tasks associated with the annual School Support Plan to include Tier I, Tier II and Tier III services. Work closely with school staff, parents/families, community agencies and students to assure coordination of services for the benefit of the students and their families. Perform any and all reasonable and work-related duties assigned by CIS of Nevada Leadership.
