Responsible for assisting with post award grant accounting thus ensuring compliance with funding source administrative guidelines, timely receipt of revenue, accurate submission of financial reports, audits and orderly closure of projects.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual program reports due to federal, state, and local funding agencies.
2. Prepare and review all accounting entries (transactions and journals) related to programs. Track and maintain general ledger.
3. Stay informed of the Office of Management and Budget Circulars and their applicability to grants management.
4. Assist in closing fiscal year end books as needed.
5. Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Attend regular staff meetings and financial meetings with the Executive Director, Program Directors, and Director of Accounting.
7. Work with Program Directors, accounting and program staff to efficiently and effectively manage their respective program grants as they relate to financial administration. Assist staff in understanding and interpreting funding source and accounting guidelines.
8. Answer financial inquiries from funding sources and auditors.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

IT Project Support (15%):

Serve as administrator for the organization's project management platform (e.g., Asana, Workfront, etc.), managing configuration, access, and ongoing support.

Provide training and user support across departments to ensure consistent use and adoption of tools.

We advocate for ambitious offshore wind commitments and to ensure stringent wildlife protections, strong labor standards, community benefits, and stakeholder engagement are in place every step of the way. The Texas Outreach Coordinator will facilitate base-building for offshore wind with a primary focus on outreach along the Texas Gulf Coast. The person who fills this role will help to develop and execute a comprehensive community outreach plan, collaborate with and support the Gulf of Mexico Campaign Manager in implementation of priority campaign activities, cultivate new and existing partnerships, and represent NWF's Offshore Wind Energy team in work with partner organizations and at public events.
Tasks will include supporting coalition-building, organizing educational events, and helping create campaign materials.
Principle Duties (major areas of responsibility):
Support planning and implementing state and regional Offshore Wind Energy campaigns:
Plan and implement grassroots organizing and community outreach efforts in target communities along the Texas coast individually and with partner organizations, supporting partner and activist engagement
Track campaign activities by writing timely reports as needed
Represent NWF in coalition settings and at public meetings and events
Regional Campaign Manager support:

Support the production of coalition resources

Position Synopsis:
Engineer VI, I&C will be relied upon to perform a variety of engineering and design activities involving power plant upgrades and/or new power plant projects. Engineer VI, I&C should have extensive experience with power plant system instrumentation and control strategies and must have technical knowledge of legacy equipment and a thorough understanding of digital control systems design that are based on the latest digital platforms. Engineer VI, I&C will be responsible for planning, organizing, and preparing modifications and shall be capable of independently evaluating, selecting, and using standards, techniques, procedures and criteria for technical projects. Engineer VI, I&C must be familiar with codes and standards applicable to the nuclear power industry as well as possess a working knowledge of applicable NRC regulations. Typical activities include developing specifications and/or modification packages, defining I&C design scope, developing design criteria documents, identifying, and selecting control valves and instruments, developing control system functionality, developing control system architectures, and defining I/O device interfaces. The position includes managing budget, scope schedule and quality associated with the designated work assignment with minimal guidance and technical oversight. Position will require the ability to devise new approaches to technical problems with a broad knowledge of precedents in the industry. The position will require interfacing and coordinating with multiple design disciplines as well as with the customers representatives. Engineer VI, I&C must be able to work on project teams with other engineers to evaluate conditions as well as proposed modifications which will improve plant performance, safety, and reliability. Engineer VI, I&C must have experience in reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data prepared by other engineers. Managing project teams as well as providing mentoring oversight to entry level and junior engineers will be required.
Education Required (minimum):
+ BS in electrical, mechanical, nuclear, chemical, computer or process/controls engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program that includes course work in analog and digital control systems.
Experience Required (minimum):
+ 18 years (minimum) of experience with at least 8 of those years with nuclear power, preferably with digital/analog controls systems is required.
+ Experience with operating plant procedures, processes and nuclear plant licensing.
Other Required Qualifications (minimum):
+ Engineer VI, I&C must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.

This is a non-tenure track 12-month faculty position. Primary duties will include teaching or co-teaching didactic and immersive lab courses related to his/her areas of expertise (anatomy, physiology, cardiopulmonary, therapeutic diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions); establishing and maintaining a research/scholarly agenda; and mentoring students. This non-tenure track faculty position supports a hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The curriculum combines online instruction with on-campus learning activities, allowing faculty to live remotely from the Texas A&M International University campus in Laredo, TX. However, faculty in the DPT program are required to travel to Laredo and be on campus for designated periods each semester for immersive labs. On-campus commitments typically range from five to six visits per academic year, with the duration of each stay determined by program needs.
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences is actively developing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. The program is expected to submit its application for candidacy to the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) in Fall 2027.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold a doctorate degree. If the doctorate is not in Physical Therapy, they must hold a master's or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. ABDs will also be considered but must have earned a doctorate before appointment. The candidate must have an active unrestricted PT license; a minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical practice following licensure; strong leadership skills and a vision for excellence; excellent communication skills; and an established research agenda. We strongly encourage candidates with 3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and administration in DPT program; participation in a minimum of one CAPTE Self Study.

Job Summary
The Accessibility Policy Analyst is responsible for supporting Texas A&M Transportation Institute's compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, WCAG, and related federal and state accessibility standards. This position applies clearly defined standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and remediating products with assistive technologies to ensure universal access for all. The analyst collaborates with faculty, staff, and technology providers to promote accessible practices in the development, procurement, and maintenance of digital resources. You will work across multiple departments, including marketing, IT, and training, to embed accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with established standards.
Essential Duties
Accessibility Policy and Compliance (15%)
Assists in the development, review, and maintenance of accessibility compliance policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
Monitors federal and state laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital accessibility; advises leadership on emerging issues.
Accessibility Reviews and Reporting (35%)
Conducts accessibility reviews and audits of websites, software, and electronic documents to ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG.

Collaborate with developers to implement accessibility best practices in website design and development.
Assist in testing new website features for accessibility compliance.

Content Development: Create content to be used in knowledge building and skill development efforts, and on-demand coaching platforms (i.e. Seismic) driving field priority work and results.
Enablement Sessions: Facilitate engaging enablement sessions, capturing feedback and key findings to continuously improve the enablement strategy.
Business Reviews: Conduct monthly business reviews to share enablement accomplishments and measure the business impact of coaching initiatives.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Teach CS professionals effective approaches to upsell and cross-sell new services with customer decision makers, fostering mutual growth.
Political Account Navigation: provide CS professionals with methods to enhance relationships within the account, thereby establishing a stronger executive presence.
Leader Enablement: Advise leaders on team development strategies, use data to evaluate progress, and hold employees accountable for achieving goals.
On-the-Job Coaching: Attend customer meetings to provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals and strategies for customer success.

**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

Part-Time Community Outreach Associates - Fort Bend County Area

A Community Outreach Associate is someone who is seeking a part-time position to develop a career in community outreach with a transformational nonprofit. This Outreach Associate will conduct the Girl Scouts Inspire Me program while presenting contemporary issues curriculum for elementary aged schoolgirls in the Greater Houston, Missouri City and Richmond/Rosenberg area.
Qualifications:
Dependable, enthusiastic, and energetic
Must be available two to four days a week. Hours vary between 7:00AM to 5:00PM Must be available to work 2 camp weekend events, which may include overnight stay
Competent in making presentations to and interacting with large groups of elementary aged girls in a variety of school settings
Transport supplies to and from the Girl Scout office in Stafford as needed Stafford Able Able to lift and transport supplies sometimes more than 25 pounds as needed
Ability to work as a team player with other Girl Scout staff Prior experience working/volunteering with youth preferred Prior Girl Scout experience helpful, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish). This is highly desirable but not required.
A high school graduate minimum is required, some college or degree preferred.
A holder of a valid Texas driver's license and proof of insurance with the flexibility to travel throughout assigned area.
Ability to work from home, as needed, to include high speed home internet access and accessibility to a non-distracting and uninterrupted space with adequate lighting and ergonomically adequate work-space.
