We're looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Lead Full Stack Developer to take ownership of a custom suite of software developed in house. This is a key technical leadership position for an accomplished technologist who thrives on solving complex problems and guiding teams. You will lead a small, focused team of developers and a QA specialist, driving development across the full Microsoft stack and modern web technologies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, with a proven track record of mentoring developers, reviewing code, and leading technical projects
Core Programming (C# / OOP): Strong proficiency in C# is preferred, but we welcome applicants with deep expertise in equivalent Object-Oriented languages (e.g., Java, C++). If you understand strong typing, inheritance, and design patterns, we trust you can learn our stack.
Frontend Frameworks (Angular): Experience with Angular is a plus, but we value proficiency in any modern component-based JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte). ERP & Business Systems (JDE): Exposure to any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or complex business logic is a plus but not requirement. Job requires minimal interaction with ERP.
Database Design & SQL: Proficiency in relational database design and SQL development is required. You must be capable of designing efficient schemas, writing complex queries, and utilizing ORM tools to build performant data-driven applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority and primary hands-on developer, setting a high standard for code quality and ensuring the team's output aligns with architectural best practices.
Mentorship & Code Quality: Lead code reviews and provide day-to-day mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring the delivery of maintainable, high-quality code.
Front-End Development: Lead the design and implementation of responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML.
Back-End Development: Navigate and develop complex server-side logic in C#, including API endpoints and traditional MVC controllers attached to views. Develop and maintain the C# Business Logic Layer (BLL) and the Data Access Layer (DAL), utilizing Entity Framework as the ORM.
Database Management: Expertly manage and optimize data interactions within our Microsoft TSQL environment across various SQL databases.
Feature Integration: Collaborate on and contribute to the development of application features that include graphical aspects, utilizing web technologies such as Canvas.
Systems Integration: Develop and maintain C# middleware and backend services responsible for integrating application data with our ERP system and JD Edwards.
Architecture & Standards: Define the technical vision and enforce development best practices across the team.
Workflow Management: Lead the team's Agile (Scrum-ban) process, driving ticket tracking using Jira, facilitating planning, and removing technical blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key technical liaison within a larger cross-functional group, including the Product Owner and Marketing team, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Assists in the interrogations of suspects; completes investigative reports and all reports, as required. Physically arrests criminal perpetrators. A Deputy Sheriff must be able to give clear, honest testimony in Court. Serves arrest warrants. Transports mental patients, prisoners and blood to area hospitals or other security facilities, delivers death notices to family. May be required to operate motor vehicles and other equipment associated with law enforcement and may be required to repeatedly perform small mechanical motions of keys and other devices used on a continuing basis and requiring a medium ability to accomplish. May be required to arrest and/or transport persons during all hours and weather conditions. May be required to work in other divisions of the Sheriff's Office. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must have the ability to analyze various situations and react accordingly within split seconds. Tactfully, efficiently and effectively communicate with the public when obtaining sensitive information regarding investigations. It is essential to keep individuals subdued during arrest and/or transport. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: criminal investigations, interrogation, rules of evidence, preservation of evidence, death investigation, jail security, communications practices, federal, state and local laws, procedures for settling internal grievances, promotion of high morale in the department and knowledge of Courts. MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum of an Associate of Arts (A.A.) Degree, preferably in Criminal Justice. Must be a full-time POST licensed peace officer or POST licensed eligible. Must be a United States Citizen. Must have no felony convictions. This position shall be filled in accordance with civil service rules and regulations. Must possess a valid Driver's License.

What You'll Do
Own CEE's proposal development process including
Lead discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding opportunity fit, messaging strategy, resource identification, task assignments, and proposal submission.
Align proposal approach to CEE's mission, vision, and core values.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and others to write compelling, accurate, and high-quality proposals, pitches, presentations, and other required materials.
Coordinate across departments to acquire inputs, approvals, and documents required for proposals. Additionally, work to align expectations of integrating new work like staffing resources, legal obligations and contracts, rate of pay, and data security.
Manage proposal workflows and communications.

Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for an Intern - Geologist or Civil / Environmental Engineer in our Minneapolis, MN office. The position offers the opportunity to apply geology or engineering (civil, geotechnical, environmental, and water resources) academic knowledge to real-world situations while also learning the business skills needed for a successful consulting career. The position is approximately 13 to 15 weeks during the summer of 2026, with potential to begin earlier on a limited basis (e.g., 5 hours/week) during the academic year. Preferred candidates would have the ability to return to the position for up to two additional semester rotations during their undergraduate or graduate studies. Candidates are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with geologic /engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools;
Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;
Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures;
Follow instructions and interact with engineers, geologists, scientists, office administrative staff, CADD operators, contractors and construction personnel; and
Potential for fieldwork such as soil and groundwater sampling, environmental site assessments, and drilling and contractor oversight. Local travel or driving to project sites as needed.
Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Education and Licensure
Currently registered in a Bachelor's or Master's university degree program in a relevant geological, or engineering discipline. (required)
Upper division (e.g. senior) or Master's enrollment. (preferred)
Degree focus area in civil, geotechnical, environmental or water resources engineering or geology. (preferred)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, oral and written communication and problem-solving skills. (preferred)
Valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, and satisfactory driving record for business travel to project sites. (required)
Experience with ArcView, CADD, and/or Microsoft Office. (preferred)

This opportunity will be posted for at least five days. Below are the potential compensation ranges that we in good faith believe are applicable for this role at the time of this posting and are only applicable for jobs to be performed in the specified location(s) below. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
Minimum: $22.18/hour / Maximum: $31.06/hour (Minneapolis, MN)

JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the coach must instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self discipline, self confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes. To upgrade his/her knowledge and skills through coaching clinics, observations, consultation, etc.
GENERAL:
1. The success of athletic programs has a strong influence on the community's image of the entire system. The public exposure is a considerable responsibility and community/parent pressure for winning performance is taxing, but must not override the objectives of good sportsmanship and good mental health. 2. The position includes other unusual aspect such as extended time, risk injury factor and due process predicaments. 3. It is the express intent of this job description to give sufficient guidance to function. In cases not specifically covered, it shall be assumed that a coach shall exercise common sense and good judgment.
4. Assists in the necessary preparation to hold scheduled sport events or practices and adheres to scheduled facility times. Coordinates program with maintenance and school employees. 5. Provides proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment sites. 6. Advises the athletic director and recommends policy, method or procedural changes.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 7. Serves as a mentor to each athlete to promote the development and demonstration in student athletes the character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. 8. Gives constant attention to a student athlete's grades and conduct. 9. By his/her presence at all practices games and while traveling, provides assistance, guidance and safeguards for each participant. 10. Provides training rules and any other unique regulations of the sport to each athlete who is considered a participant. 11. Initiates programs and policies concerning injuries, medical attention and emergencies. 12. Completes paperwork on all disabling athletic injuries on proper forms and submits to athletic office within 24 hours. 13. Directs student managers and statisticians. EQUIPMENT: 14. Is accountable for all equipment and collects the cost of any equipment lost or not returned. 15. Permits the athletes to only be in authorized areas of the building at the appropriate times. 16. Examines locker rooms before and after practices and games, checking on general cleanliness of the facility. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of specific sport equipment. 17. Secures all doors, lights, windows and locks before leaving building if custodians are not on duty. 18. Instills in each player a respect for equipment and school property, its care and proper use.
