Pros of working at Community Brands

Pros: Advancement opportunities across product lines, amazing teams of people who live what they talk, being part of a purpose driven organization that has a positive impact on communities, the benefits and PPTO, Work life balance.

Cons of working at Community Brands

I can only speak from my personal experience and there are not cons that stand out. If I have to list something, as with most companies with this many employees, sometimes there can be a challenge with all teams being aligned on process.
