The clients you serve.
Everything, CBI is the most dysfunctional organization. The majority of the staff are ex-cons with previous substance abuse disorders who are very manipulative. Therefore, unless you fit that profile you won’t fit it. Favoritism is rampant and if you make it to the top your definitely a “me too” victim.

Relaxed work environment. Good benefits, competitive pay.
Management sometimes a bit slow in their decision making.
The option to cash out excess PTO, rather than the "use or lose it" that other companies do.
