Specimen/Lab Pick-up/Delivery - Picks up specimens from the member's home and delivers to appropriate lab as needed. Transcription and Order Follow-up - Completes transcriptions and follows up on medical orders, including completing the Authorization Referral Process. Clinic & Provider Support - Maintains flow in the clinic area and assists on-site providers with member visits. Clinic Supply Tracking and Ordering - Tracks clinic supplies and places supply orders per protocol. Equipment Maintenance - Assists with follow-up on clinic equipment, such as repairs, calibration, and disinfection. Care Team Member (without meetings) - Functions as a member of the care team.
