No confidentiality measures are met through HR or management, and across the board, very unprofessional and unfair treatment to employees.

Confidentiality measures are never met through HR or management. Very unprofessional and unfair treatment to employees. Unmanageable workloads and insufficient/subpar patient care. Needs of the families and patients are not priority. Families are left to fend for themselves once initiation is complete and patients may only be seen by a nurse once or twice a month thereafter; and not in accordance to the need or convenience of the patient or family, but by minimal requirements of the state, and within the discretion of staff. Family complaints/issues of inadequate services received are usually dismissed or ignored and never again addressed by management, CEO, or other staff. Favoritism and stipends/salary increases only given to employees who threaten lawsuits against them and within the agency, or the ones most outraged by a new rule or boundary just to keep them happy. Inadequately trainings (if any at all), then left to work independently. Any additional assistance needed by management to assist employees is documented and harshly used against employees during evaluations. Evaluations extremely skewed and inaccurate by management against employees without any support from HR. Absolutely no appreciation for loyal, honest employees.

Working with the patient's and families is the best part of the job. Unfortunately, those are the people we would see the least of.

There is no leadership.

I didn't. I shared with them my interest in showing compassion to families and patients toward the end of life.

I do not believe that the salary is compare to other parts of Western New York within my field of care.

The representation of diverse demographics within the organization is to be expected.

Personally cover the most fulfilling aspects and what brought me the most joy at work was coming in the morning and seeing my first patient I could bring a smile to.
