Pros of working at Community Choice Financial

Flexible schedule, monthly bonuses if sales quota exceeded TY/LY for management.

Cons of working at Community Choice Financial

No life outside of there, extremely high turnover rate, micro managing, unrealistic expectations, little to no training, deceptive about info regarding products and services offered to customers leaving them uneducated about what they signed up for. Take advantage of those on limited income. Unethical practices, falsified documents or information to gain customers. Fraudulent activities that get swept under a rug and away FROM the president of the company and other higher ups. They absolutely DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. They will literally tell you when you're out sick that so and so came in when they were sick and then force you to take pto or no pay. Continuously text while you're still out about how the store numbers are reflecting badly due to your absence. This company is a joke I advise you to RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THERE!!!
