Position Overview
The National Account Manager II is responsible for developing, managing, and growing national and key account business in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's presence with large, strategic accounts. The position also plays a leadership role in supporting and coaching Regional Account Executives and National Account Manager I positions, ensuring effective sales execution, account retention, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage new corporate, national, and regional accounts with a focus on strategic growth channels.
Lead business development efforts for large, high-value accounts while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Deliver formal presentations on company pricing, products, promotions, and brewing equipment to prospective and current clients.
Train, mentor, and support Regional Account Executives and National Account Manager I positions in advanced selling techniques and account management strategies.
Provide guidance on customer equipment solutions and make appropriate recommendations for national and key account customers.
Monitor and analyze competitive activity in assigned markets to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and trade association functions.
Contribute to the development of the company's five-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, major promotions, and new product launches.
Manage expenditures to align with budgetary requirements and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with distributors and Supply Chain to establish product distribution for new accounts and ensure effective ongoing service.
Participate in the Price Committee to develop pricing and promotional programs that align with company objectives.
Oversee the lifecycle of national and key account setups, including coordination across departments.
Support inventory planning, promotional programs, pricing, and marketing audits.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of advanced sales and management experience.
Proven track record in national/key account management, including leading major expansion projects.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to present to senior leadership, executive teams, and the Board.
Valid driver's license required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Position Overview
The National Account Manager II is responsible for developing, managing, and growing national and key account business in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's presence with large, strategic accounts. The position also plays a leadership role in supporting and coaching Regional Account Executives and National Account Manager I positions, ensuring effective sales execution, account retention, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and manage new corporate, national, and regional accounts with a focus on strategic growth channels.
Lead business development efforts for large, high-value accounts while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Deliver formal presentations on company pricing, products, promotions, and brewing equipment to prospective and current clients.
Train, mentor, and support Regional Account Executives and National Account Manager I positions in advanced selling techniques and account management strategies.
Provide guidance on customer equipment solutions and make appropriate recommendations for national and key account customers.
Monitor and analyze competitive activity in assigned markets to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and trade association functions.
Contribute to the development of the company's five-year strategic plan, annual operating plan, major promotions, and new product launches.
Manage expenditures to align with budgetary requirements and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with distributors and Supply Chain to establish product distribution for new accounts and ensure effective ongoing service.
Participate in the Price Committee to develop pricing and promotional programs that align with company objectives.
Oversee the lifecycle of national and key account setups, including coordination across departments.
Support inventory planning, promotional programs, pricing, and marketing audits.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of advanced sales and management experience.
Proven track record in national/key account management, including leading major expansion projects.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to present to senior leadership, executive teams, and the Board.
Valid driver's license required.
