They must also be approved by the chair. * Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses: The successful instructor must meet the qualifications of their specific discipline which may include certification/ licensure or a bachelor's or master's degree. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: CRS 23-60-304 indicates that postsecondary CTE faculty, instructors, or part-time hourly experts (concurrent enrollment and non-concurrent enrollment) must hold a valid CTE postsecondary credential.
