The pros are two great bosses, great benefits, great co-teacher, and advancement opportunities.
Parents treat us like a babysitter, no drop off time cutoff, parents come late for pick up, not enough supplies for the children, and same toys takes a long time to get new ones.
Benefits medical vision and dental. Plus pay is good even though I am working here for the children and families. Also advancement opportunities
I don’t know don’t really know Pat Frank. Dr. Cotton is so kind and an amazing woman. Cindy is nice also.
More diversity in the classrooms.
Took a test that was given to me on the computer by the company then after I passed the test answered a few questions that were asked of me by HR.
Pay is more than most centers in Orlando Florida.
Needs more diversity. More people from other backgrounds grounds not just Haitian, Spanish etc
