$3.00 per hour differential for working PM shift at the Maplewood clinic
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
Perform preliminary and existing charting of the oral cavity and surrounding structures
Perform initial and periodic examinations and assessments
Formulate a dental hygiene treatment plan in coordination with a dentist's treatment plan
Complete debridement, prophylaxis, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy; place subgingival medicaments.
Provide nutritional counseling
Administer nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia and monitor patient
Apply topical medications including fluoride varnishes and desensitizing agents
Qualifications
Dental Hygienist license
CPR/AED certification
Experience working with culturally diverse communities preferred
Proficiency in a second language preferred
Maplewood Clinic AM/PM Shift:
Monday-Thursday 7:20am or 2:20pm-9:30pm
Friday 7:20am - 12pm or 12:50pm-5:30pm

We're expanding! Join our team in St. Paul as a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for the Call Center starting in the summer of 2025! Our new beautiful, state-of-the-art dental clinic is currently under construction and will open for patient care in July 2025. This position serves a critical role in the clinic as it is the first point of contact with patients by answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
*The new location will be at 600 Carlton Street in Maplewood, MN.

Responsibilities

Check account balances of patients coming in and prepare to discuss any monies due
Request chart/patient transfers
Record patient issues/phone conversations in communication log or chart
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Karen, Somali or Oromo preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
Perform preliminary and existing charting of the oral cavity and surrounding structures
Perform initial and periodic examinations and assessments
Formulate a dental hygiene treatment plan in coordination with a dentist's treatment plan
Complete debridement, prophylaxis, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy; place subgingival medicaments.
Provide nutritional counseling
Administer nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia and monitor patient
Apply topical medications including fluoride varnishes and desensitizing agents
Qualifications
Dental Hygienist license
CPR/AED certification
Experience working with culturally diverse communities preferred
Proficiency in a second language preferred

Monday - Thursday 7:20am - 4:00pm
Friday 7:20am - 2:00pm

Join our team in Maplewood as a full-time Scheduling Coordinator on the PM Shift! This position serves a critical role in the clinic as they are often the first point of contact with the patient and enable the clinic to run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Greet patients by phone or in-person, schedule their appointments in the computer and create a positive, welcoming experience
Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure a smooth clinic flow
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
Explain ER protocol/procedures to patients
Monitor status of lab results prior to day of treatment and follow-up as necessary
Provide guidance to patients and families on completion of interpreter forms
Record patient issues/conversations in communication log or chart
Copy and scan documents into patients' charts; request chart/patient transfers
Maplewood Clinic Hours - PM Shift
Monday - Thursday 2:20pm - 9:30pm
Friday 12:20pm - 5:30pm
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
Bilingual proficiency preferred
