We are currently looking for a Case Manager for Touchstone, our Women's Residential Program. The Case Manager directs patients through substance abuse treatment through interactions with both CHC Addiction Services and in the community. Duties Include:
Facilitating and coordinating program enrollment of women, children and infants
Completing appropriate case recording requirements
Providing patients with transportation
Providing outreach services including public speaking/presentations and public awareness activities
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree), CDCA or other license or credential that conforms to OhioMHAS regulations pertaining to counseling services, and clean driving record. Why you would love it here:

We are currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager for our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The Practice Manager oversees the PCP office to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. This role manages staff, compliance, financial performance, and operational workflows while supporting the organization's mission to provide accessible, person-centered primary care. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and service delivery.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows consistent with state FQHC regulations and Medicaid requirements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Coordinate with organizational leadership to ensure proper staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Staff Leadership & Development
Supervise and support medical and non-medical staff (e.g., medical assistant, nurse, front desk/clerical and scheduling).
Partner with organizational supervisors to facilitate communication between the PCP office and other organizational departments.
Manage onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Foster a trauma-informed, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Financial & Revenue Cycle Management
Manage department budgets, expenses, and financial reporting in conjunction with the Finance Department.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Maintain compliance with FQHC certification standards, including documentation, credentialing, and staff training requirements.
Oversee audits and corrective action plans.
Support data collection and reporting for quality assurance, outcomes tracking, and grant or contract deliverables.
Proactively identify and lead areas for process and performance improvement
Technology & EHR Management
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EHR and other complimentary systems.
Train staff on documentation standards, data entry, and reporting functions.
Support implementation of new technologies to improve service coordination and data accuracy.
Patient Experience & Access
Ensure welcoming, efficient, and confidential service to all clients.
Oversee appointment scheduling, intake processes, and waitlist management to maximize access and reduce barriers to care.
Address and resolve patient complaints or service concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure efficient coordination of care and results processing.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse preferred (BSN preferred), or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of management experience in a FQHC, or PCP office.
Working knowledge of FQHC and/or Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance standards.
Understanding of behavioral health and trauma-informed practices preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

This residential facility is for men who are in need of intensive counseling and round-the-clock monitoring. Patients may enter RAMAR and receive individual and group counseling, medical services, transportation and other therapeutic activities. During their stay, patients develop self-management and recovery skills that help them rebuild their lives. We are looking for a Residential Counselor to provide direct service while the patients are staying at RAMAR. Counselors provide individual and group counseling by evaluating assessments for identified patients and their family members and based on findings, facilitating a timely and appropriate treatment plan, and coordinating said plan with available agency services and the community. CHC will provide your own private office, quality supervision, and ongoing training and CEUs.
The Residential Counselor Position:
Is Full time, 40 hours a week, generally Monday-Friday, but may include some weekends/evenings. Some positions may start as early as 5:30am.

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. CHC has been a critical part of Ohio's efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974. MAT Counselors specialize in providing high-quality, evidenced-based counseling services to patients in the Medication Assisted Treatment program in an OTP setting. Must be willing to work with this patient population exclusively and become proficient in understanding and providing MAT education, non-judgmental support, and effective monitoring and treatment. Counselors provide individual and group counseling by evaluating assessments for identified patients and their family members and based on findings, facilitating a timely and appropriate treatment plan, and coordinating said plan with available agency services and the community. CHC will provide your own private office, quality supervision, and ongoing training and CEUs.
The MAT Counselor Position:
Is Full time, 40 hours a week, generally Monday-Friday. Some positions may start as early as 5:30am.
Offers paid time off after 6 months
Pays a Competitive salary based on license

Duties include: Interview patients, coordinate assessment, summarize and evaluate problem areas and patient strengths, Develop treatment plan, complete appropriate case management and review as per agency procedures, Provide individual group, and or family counseling to assigned cases in accordance with the policies and procedures of CHC and the Code of Ethics, Completing thorough and concise documentation of each step of the patient's treatment, Participate and present patient cases weekly in clinical supervision meetings and seek additional professional consultation as needed.. To be eligible for a Counseling/Therapist position you will need to:
Have a Master's Degree
Hold an active Ohio license to counsel as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LCDC III, and/or LICDC
Preferably have at least one year of clinical experience treating patients with substance use disorders

CDCA Case Manager

We are currently looking for a Case Manager for our Residential/RAMAR program. The Case Manager supports patients through substance abuse treatment through interactions with both CHC Addiction Services and in the community. Duties include:
Provide community outreach and information about behavioral health and addiction treatment services and access to care to individuals, groups, and other potential referral sources
Facilitate client engagement in treatment by assisting with barrier removal and coordination of care with referral sources and external entities
Completing appropriate case recording requirements
Communicate with patient treatment providers
Provide patient access to individualized treatment
Promote patient participation in outreach activities
Present patient cases weekly in clinical supervision meetings and seek additional professional consultation as needed
Will assist with group coverage when needed
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree), CDCA or other license or credential that conforms to OhioMHAS regulations pertaining to counseling services, and clean driving record.

We are currently looking for a Counseling Supervisor to lead our counseling team at RAMAR, one of our residential facilities. RAMAR is for men who are in need of intensive counseling and round-the clock monitoring. Patients may enter RAMAR and receive individual and group counseling, medical services, transportation, and other therapeutic activities. During their stay patients develop self-management and recovery skills that help them rebuild their lives. This position will plan, organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the program, including clinically supervising and evaluating the RAMAR counseling staff, ensuring exceptional services are being provided while also monitoring and maintaining program productivity and observance of program/agency policies and guidelines. Will also maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling
Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field. Must have a current license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCC-S or LISW-S or the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDC-CS. Should have knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, including having strong skills in leadership, supervision, communication and employee development. Why you would love it here:

We are currently looking for full-time and part-time Residential Aides for our women's residential facility, specializing in pregnant women and women with their children. Touchstone is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, weekends, overnight, etc. Will be responsible for:
Monitoring and directing the activities of residents to ensure that they follow house rules and CHC policies and procedures.
Providing case management and transportation for Residents to and from scheduled appointments or activities.
Assisting with nightly security procedure.
Providing Residents crisis intervention when necessary.
Appropriately document shift activities and resident's behavior in residential log book.
Minimum requirements: Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, High school diploma, BA with CDCA preferred, experience with drug and alcohol recovery process, and clean driving record. Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field. Must have a current license from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LCDC or the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PC or LSW. Independent license as a LICDC, LISW or PCC preferred. Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
