The scope of care and newer buildings.

Cons of working at Community Health Center of Snohomish County

Abusive and aggressive patients and managers. Completely demoralizing to be employed here if it's not your first job out of school. Massive staff turnover and very low morale. Some employees get privilege over others and very "us - them" mentality from top to bottom.
