Blatant disregard for patient and staff safety; no acuity levels for staffing; poor communication
As inpatient provider can make own schedule as long as patient rounds snd cases complete in day

Not enough money. People don't want to do their part .
Free healthcare at hospital
They are reliable to work and I always get paid on time. They also have always allowed me to have as much overtime as I have wanted.
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about employees, treat both patients and employees as if they are numbers and are completely expendable, and underpay in comparasion to other local hospitals.
No copays for hospital expenses if hospitalized.
