Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and medical record systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to patients and staff. Understanding of medical terminology and infection control practices. Effective time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Critical thinking abilities to analyze situations and develop appropriate solutions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
