Pros of working at Community Health Systems

They are reliable to work and I always get paid on time. They also have always allowed me to have as much overtime as I have wanted.

Cons of working at Community Health Systems

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about employees, treat both patients and employees as if they are numbers and are completely expendable, and underpay in comparasion to other local hospitals.

Community Health Systems benefits

No copays for hospital expenses if hospitalized.
