Education & Training Provide training to teammates on Indigenous perspectives, historical trauma, and culturally appropriate care. Develop and share resources that promote culturally informed mental health and SUD support. Facilitate discussions and workshops on destigmatizing mental health and substance use within tribal communities. Case Management & Client Support Assist Indigenous individuals and families in navigating behavioral health services, including referrals and care coordination. Advocate for tribal patients in accessing appropriate treatment and recovery support. Work with the medical and clinical teams to integrate traditional healing practices into treatment plans when appropriate. Data Collection & Reporting Gather feedback from tribal communities to assess needs and service effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to track outcomes and adjust programs as needed.
