Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Learn, in a hands-on way, how to navigate and build solutions within the OneStream Platform and gain practical experience with platform architecture and modular design
Assist in organizing and promoting Genesis block development activities, including workshops, demos, and educational sessions.
Help compile and communicate standards, use cases, and best practices for Genesis block development.
Contribute to communication campaigns that inform the OneStream ecosystem about Genesis initiatives, standards, and roadmap updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Education and Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Preferred business, project management, or communication majors.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Education and Experience
Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.

Education and Experience:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The C2C CommunityHealthWorker (CHW) will provide outreach, counseling, navigational, and case management services to offenders within 90 days of scheduled release or recently released from a Macomb County carceral authority, with chronic health conditions including those affected by substance (SU) and/or mental health (MH) issues. Specifically, the role of the communityhealthworker is to:
* Operate in a supportive role within an interdisciplinary health care team utilizing an integrated care and treatment model.
* Provide outreach, case management and navigational services to offenders within 90 days of release or those recently released with chronic medical, psychiatric and substance use conditions.
* Collaborate with primary care provider (PCP) and the Behavioral Health Provider post release, to provide health and behavioral interventions that will maximize patient health outcomes.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND JOB FUCTIONS:
Under supervision of C2C Program Manager, the C2C CommunityHealthWorker is responsible for performing the following essential job functions:
* Provides support, empowerment, education and case management services to offenders pending or recently released chronically ill individuals with co-morbid substance use and mental illness individually and in a group setting.
* Recruits patients by conducting outreach activities in the community, prison, or local jails.
* Conducts assessments of patient's substance use, physical activity, dietary habits, cigarette smoking habits, and social and economic resources.
* Educates clients with chronic illness about evidence-based standards of care and self-management of their chronic illness.
* Educates patients about the health care system and facilitates relationship building between the two.
* Documents work with patients through appropriate record keeping that follows the project's policies and procedures.
* Makes referrals for needed services and facilitates access to community resources.
* Participates regularly in MyCare program meetings.
* Participates/assists as needed in any activities related to the Clinic.
* Works in collaboration with partners of the Clinic network.

Located in Commerce Township, MI, C.A. Hull is looking for an aspiring Health & Safety Intern to join us for a summer 2026 internship.
The Position
Applicants for this position should be currently enrolled in an Environment Health and Safety Bachelors degree program. Related degrees will be considered.
This position will give someone with interest in the construction industry an opportunity to gain hands-on experience both in the office and the field. The Health & Safety Intern works closely with the Safety Department and Operations teams to ensure the safe completion of our bridge construction projects all over Michigan. This position could also turn into a co-op or full-time, permanent position, depending upon the interns success with the company and in the role.
Health & Safety Interns will:
Participate in site safety audits to identify unsafe conditions, document findings and deliver corrective action plans to the management team
Organize and attend health/safety trainings and events. Follow up with employees on training requirements and recertifications
Assist with incident investigations and prepare safety alerts to share lessons learned and best practices with all project teams
Assist with employee engagement activities (Safety Committee)
Conduct safety equipment inspections
Ensure project teams and employees have required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and that it is utilized properly
Monitor equipment and vehicle inspections on jobsites to ensure safety standards are conducted and documented
Manage paperwork, safety statistics, incident logs, and training records
Qualities of Successful Health & Safety Interns:
Desire to gain hands-on experience and willingness to work in a variety of conditions on construction projects
Possess reliable transportation for jobsite visits and able to drive to multiple projects within the state of Michigan.
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends during key operations
Ability to stand/ walk on rough terrain, climb ladders/ stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
Eagerness to interact with new people and communicate effectively

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The CommunityHealthWorker (CHW) is a part of an inter-disciplinary clinical care team at a health center who helps increase access to health services for people through outreach, encouraging engagement, education, and peer support.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND JOB FUCTIONS:
* Review monthly outreach list for each covered Health Plan and develop a plan with assistance from supervisor for prioritized outreach following MCHN best practices workflow.
* Document all outreach attempts in documentation tool and provide results monthly to allow for aggregate reporting to Health Plans.
* Provide direct education or engagement with contacted patients or connect to other resources for education as appropriate based upon initial assessment.
* Assist in maintaining assigned patient panels with covered Health Plans including helping patients change their primary care provider and supporting the Center in removing patients that are not served by the Center from its panels
* For newly assigned patients, coordinate a graduated intensity outreach program to engage patient in care.
* Assist contacted members with completion of assessment and address triggered interventions
* Contact assigned Health Plan members identified as either high or inappropriate utilizers of the emergency department and assist with scheduling follow-up appointment(s) with PCP or other health care staff (Behavioral Health, Dentist) as soon as possible.
* Provide education, including after-hours contact information, and resources to these members to contact their PCP if they believe urgent services are needed. This provides the opportunity to address needs through the Health Center services.
* Utilize reports to prioritize patient outreach attempts to close gaps in care (e.g. missing preventive service, poor chronic disease outcome etc.).
* Facilitate scheduling of required visit / testing and eliminate barriers to care as appropriate.
* Conduct SDOH screening and assessment using tools identified to uncover individuals' needs and connect members with available community resources addressing, but not limited to, the SDOH
* Report the appropriate detailed documentation utilizing the patient tracking report
* Maintain confidentiality and follows HIPAA standards in safeguarding patient information.
* Educate patients in taking and documenting at home vitals such as blood pressure monitoring.
* Educate patients in the use of remote patient monitoring devices.
* Assist with collecting vital patient records from the Health Information Exchange (HIE)
* Attend community outreach events as determined by management to promote patient/communityhealth and education
* Participate actively in regular supervisory and team meetings and training sessions
* Other duties assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a demanding and constantly changing environment
* A strong commitment to serving the underserved and vulnerable populations of the local community.

* Experience in community work, education, or health care especially health plan experience strongly desired.
* Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
