Minimum Requirements: Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent; experience utilizing electronic medical record; 1 year of experience in a healthcare, community-based, or social work environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Certified Community Health Worker preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age, with the ability to pass a background check, drug test, and required screenings. Valid Nevada driver's license and acceptable driving record with the ability to travel between assigned sites.
