Schedule: On-Call from 3:30pm to 8:30am Monday-Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends. EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY. The IS introduces participants to the Interdisciplinary Care Team, providing background information, and coordinating an in person orientation which occurs prior to enrollment. The IS must have excellent interviewing, record keeping, writing, and verbal presentation skills. Additionally, he or she must be able to represent the organization professionally to referral sources and the potential enrollee's family members and caregivers. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm The Medical Assistant will assist the physician and nurses with various aspects of patient care (including clerical, environmental and organizational tasks) ensuring patient satisfaction.
