As a Community Care Aide, you'll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include: Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation and feeding Light housekeeping Occasional support in our day center Schedules Available: Full Time 7am-3:30pm Tues-Sat Full Time 12:30pm-9pm Tues-Sat (this later shift pays $1 more per hour) Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires Daily Pay Available - get paid when you need it Full-Time Employees Also Receive: 4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability coverage Retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Annual performance-based raises Free uniforms What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation (may be waived for Oakmont location )
