Position Summary:
This position works with clients to support them in achieving their highest possible level of independent functioning and stability while facilitating recovery in a strengths-based model. In this role you will be responsible for providing direct clinical therapy services to clients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. Primary Duties:
Provide ongoing counseling and support to assigned clients.
Create and manage a treatment and assessment plan.
Collaborate with client support teams to address unmet long term care needs, when appropriate. These services may be provided in the client's homes or CLA offices.
Provide back up to team-assigned clients.
Provide MHP consultation with team for CCS clients and/or consultation and education to CLA team members and providers working with client.
Provide necessary support for individuals working toward recovery using a supportive, strengths-based, culturally humble approach to treatment.
Maintain documentation within CLA and county/regulatory information systems including but not limited to case notes, goal development, and client service/goal related activities.
Participate/collaborate in client meetings and service coordination referrals.
Utilize effective therapeutic strategies to engage client, enhance motivation, and encourage meaningful, collaborative and strengths-based goal planning and progress.
Provide conflict resolution/mediation, lifestyle coaching and support, and advocacy with individuals.
Assist the client with identifying and establishing natural and professional supports in the community.
Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required
Master's Degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or Related Field
2 years of related experience providing community based mental health services and knowledge of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and other chronic conditions
Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Advanced Practice Social Work (APSW, Substance Abused Counselor (SAC) or Relevant/Equivalent License
Must own or have access to reliable transportation to commute to the CLA office, client homes, vendor locations, community partner offices, and other relevant locations to complete essential functions of the position. Must possess a valid driver's license, current WI auto insurance.

* Resolve errors on timesheets for accurate and timely payroll processing. Investigate timesheet issues (exceptions) and make recommendations on processing of timesheets in an expedient manner.
* Research and assist with all PCW pay errors.
* Document late timesheets and complete verbal disciplines on late timesheets and unapproved overtime and recommend escalation where appropriate.

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for client authorizations, processing claim submissions, posting payments and follow up, reconciling billing units with electronic visit verification (EVV) data and resolving any coverage and/or denial issues. Process and calculate monthly revenue amounts for posting to financials. Providing backup daily payroll duties.

Primary Duties:
Process Prior Medical Authorization and renewal submissions for Wisconsin Medicaid and Managed Care Programs.
Maintain client authorizations in accounting systems.
Generate electronic billing files for submission to various payor portals.
Reconcile paid hours verses authorized hours for billing and EVV (electronic visit verification)
Ability to navigate payor portals for claim/billing information and payment remittances.
Ability to navigate and run reports from the time and attendance system and reconcile with EVV aggregator data.
Enter payments on patient accounts in billing system and reconciliation as requested.
Assist Revenue Manager with outstanding and denied claims in a timely manner.
Backup daily time and attendance duties as needed.
Education/Experience:
Required
18 Years or Older
Associate degree in accounting or related field or other equivalent education
Three (3) years experience in a billing or accounting position
Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check.
Work in a general office environment, no hazardous or unpleasant conditions.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
Preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid billing
Knowledge of general accounting principles and billing methods
Ability to understand and accurately coordinate personal care hours billing

This position works with clients to support them in achieving their highest possible level of independent functioning and stability while facilitating recovery in a strengths-based model. Create and manage a treatment and assessment plan.

Provide conflict resolution/mediation, lifestyle coaching and support, and advocacy with individuals.
Assist the client with identifying and establishing natural and professional supports in the community.
Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required
Master's Degree in Mental Health, Human Services, or Related Field
2 years of related experience providing community based mental health services and knowledge of individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and other chronic conditions
Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Advanced Practice Social Work (APSW, Substance Abused Counselor (SAC) or Relevant/Equivalent License
Must own or have access to reliable transportation to commute to the CLA office, client homes, vendor locations, community partner offices, and other relevant locations to complete essential functions of the position. Must possess a valid driver's license, current WI auto insurance.
