Position Summary:
The Administrative Specialist serves as the first point of contact for Community Living Alliance by creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, vendors, and staff.

Primary Duties:
Serve as the first point of contact for the organization by creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, vendors, and staff. Direct all guests to appropriate staff, departments or tenants.
Answer and appropriately route all incoming phone calls received through Community Living Alliance's main phone line.
Manage all front desk logistical needs including pick-ups/deliveries, route faxes, and prepare/postmark company mail.
Utilize state and county portals in support of client services.
Provide support to all departments upon request to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing materials to include collecting supply requests and fulfilling orders.
Coordinate and set up room reservations and catering orders for meetings, training, or events to include coordinating room reservations and signage.
Education/Experience and Requirements:
Required
High school diploma.
18 Years or Older
Six (6) months clerical/office operations.
Six (6) months providing customer service via in-person and electronic communications.
Pass a WI Caregiver Background Check
Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
Work in open and busy people-traffic environment near the front door of the building.
Must own or have access to reliable transportation to commute to the CLA office.
Authorized to Work in the United States
Preferred
Completion of up to one (1) year vocational/technical coursework.
One (1) year clerical/office operations.
One (1) year providing customer service via in-person and electronic communications.

Advanced In-Home Caregiver - FT - AMs ONLY

Job Description What does a day in this role look like? This role provides care from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM to clients that have had their caregiver call in for the day, provide cares while a caregiver takes time off or provide care to a newly enrolled client until a permanent caregiver is found. The schedule for this position would be consistent days/times but the workload and clients would shift daily to fit organizational and client needs. Due to the different scenarios, clients, and care plans a person in this role needs to be experienced and comfortable in providing cares. This position can see between 3-5 clients per shift and would need to drive from client-to-client home--benefitting from paid travel time & mileage reimbursement.
While each person is unique and has different care needs, below is a sample of personal cares you may provide while caring for an individual at Community Living Alliance:
Personal cares - Toileting, Bathing, Showering, Grooming, Incontinent Care, Bowel Programs, etc.
Transferring Clients
Provide assistance with household chores and meal preparation
Completed required documentation of records of care
Schedule
This role has a consistent & stable schedule up to 30 hours per week. There is no mandated hours or overtime in this role and does get every other weekend off.
Benefits:
Pay starts at $17.75/ hr + $1/ hr extra on weekends
After 6 months of employment receive a pay increase to $18.00/hr and after 1 year receive an additional increase to $18.50/hr!
Ability to earn up to $5/hr carrying the "call-in" phone on weekends*
$75 gas card at the end of the 1st week of job performance
Mileage Reimbursement

Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role encompasses assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings.
Essential Work Functions:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned within scope
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills

Summary:
