What You Will Do:
Assist with enrolling new participants in software systems, ensuring all documentation is completed and processed accurately.
Update and maintain accurate participant records in the system.
Coordinate with program teams to ensure smooth transitions for new enrollees.
Create, type, photocopy, collate, edit documents and presentations, and perform other clerical functions.
Arrange meeting dates and locations, notify participants, track attendance, and prepare meeting materials.
Review and manage CHOICES profiles.
Conduct regular reviews of program records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain a detailed log of compliance findings and ensure corrective actions/documents are tracked, implemented, and uploaded to eVero.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process.
Manage and report on tracking system data for evaluations, training, and service notes.
Actively participate in and record minutes for department meetings.
Perform all other duties as requested by the supervisor.

General Purpose of the Job

Partner with program management staff to monitor hours worked, and control overtime and temp agency hours and expenses, with a goal to reduce overtime and temp agency expenses to within budgetary guidelines.
Provide training to program management staff regarding agency policy and procedure related to budgetary guidelines, staffing requirements, payroll procedures, and related agency policy and procedures.
Ensure that program management staff implement the required strategies to operate within budgetary guidelines and as required by personnel guidelines.
Suggest policy development for payroll and staffing guidelines and monitoring.
Review and analyze payroll records, Paycom records, temp agency billing records, staffing schedules and pertinent staffing related budgetary documents to ensure each residential site is operating within budgetary guidelines for staffing.
Prepare staffing reports and updates for management indicating levels of budgetary compliance.
Performs other projects, assignments and duties as required and assigned.
Ensures confidentiality of all employee/agency information.

General Purpose of the Job

Schedule: 30 hours a week; Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
The Homemaker will support in promoting independence, creating a safe home environment, and provide companionship to clients in a 1:1 home setting.

Responsibilities:
* Assists staff in the delivery of services to clients.
* Help motivate clients to assume their maximum level of independence when engaging in program and community activities.
* Guide client with maintenance level therapy/walking and exercise programs.

Document medical and pharmacological services and issues. Insure pharmacy review of medication every 90 days.
Insure individuals are living in a safe and hygienic manner.
Requirements: New York State Licensed Registered Nurse; Experience with Developmentally Disabled population/ OPWDD Regs a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
