The Manager of Reporting and Analytics is responsible for leading a team of data analysts and report writers in the development, implementation, and support of analytical solutions across Community Memorial Healthcare. The Medical Staff Coordinator for the Medical Staff Office is a professional qualified to function as a liaison between hospital administration and the Medical Staff. The Pediatric Intervention Associate supports the Collaborative Care for Youth Innovation grant and works within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and Primary Care Behavioral Health Model (PCBH). Under the supervision of Master's-level Interventionists and Licensed Clinicians, the Associate supports pediatric and young adult behavioral health services in primary care settings, as well as access to care for children and families and helps address behavioral health needs among pediatric and vulnerable populations. Established standards, procedures and processes for the work of the environmental services and laundry teams. Responsible for administration of department including-recording keeping, documentation, payroll records, performance reviews, annual budget and all other action regarding personnel and department. Develops and implements a performance improvement plan for the department. Ensures that all job tasks related to processing linen are followed through during the shifts and flow of linen is managed on a day to day basis per need of the hospital. Responsible for proactively addressing OSHA regulations, health system safety protocols and understands the process of addressing potential or actual injury situations following Community Memorial Healthcare policies, processes and procedures. The Director of Rehabilitation Services has aprimary office at CMH however 25% of time is allocated to OVCH oversight with a minimum of four (4) hours of monthly on-site commitment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Masters Degree in Speech Language-Pathology
* Current California Physical Therapy license, Occupational Therapy License or Speech Language-Pathology License
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Ten (10) years of Acute care clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language-Pathology
* Eight (8) years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Responsibilities
Position Overview:
Provide continuous EKG monitoring, and interpretation of the rhythms, including lethal arrhythmias. Notify appropriate staff of arrhythmias. Oversee the care, maintenance and tracking of telemetry equipment and servicing. Report any problems with telemetry equipment to the Telemetry Manager and/or the Bio Med Department.
Qualifications
Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Rhythm Recognition Course Certificate
* Successful completion of the CMH Telemetry Technician competency within three (3) months of hire
Preferred:
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Six (6) months telemetry monitoring experience
* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
* Good communication and problem solving skills
