Under the review of the Foundation Chair and board, the Director shall be responsible for implementing and managing fundraising programs and activities for the Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital Foundation. With board and committee input, the Director is responsible for developing, directing, organizing, managing, and evaluating all Foundation programs, including planned giving, major individual gifts, and corporate gifts. The Director will prioritize the budget based on the organization's needs and enhance external and internal community support to diversify revenue sources for existing and future hospital fundraising efforts, maximizing funding opportunities. Job Summary Three years of combined business and non-profit management experience with comparable duties. At least three years of demonstrated success in leadership, fundraising, partnership, development, and financial management. Two-year degree in Business or related discipline preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance. Job Summary Provides professional nursing care to assigned hospitalized patients in accordance with physician orders established policies and procedures. May provide workflow direction of other nursing personnel i.e., HUC, NA/R. This position will enhance patient care in the following areas: PACU and Day Surgery and secondary support to perioperative services and Med Surg. Responsibilities include: 1.Observing patients for side effects of anesthesia 2. Monitoring and recording patient vital signs 3.
