Responsibilities and Duties
• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy• Full-time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (part-time must maintain a minimum of 15 client visits per week)• Provide an excellent customer experience for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community• Contribute to our team of fun, dedicated therapists to elevate the therapist experience - we want you to love your job• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training• Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
We also provide centralized credentialing, call center, technology, referral/inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing, and collections. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university • Candidates must have an independent clinical licensure (IMFT, LPCC, LISW, etc.) with a valid Ohio state license• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time• Comfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client base• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus!)• Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Supervisory license (IMFT-S, LPCC-S, LISW-S, etc.) is a plus

Pay Rate: $34.53-$56.86 hourly
Job Description:
The Staff Physical Therapist conducts a physical therapy plan of care to facilitate the rehabilitation of a patient who is suffering from a disability caused by disease, injury, dysfunction, or other physical, cognitive, or perceptual limitation.
Evaluates patients, establishes appropriate treatment goals, plans treatments, carries out treatment plan and documents evaluations and treatments in an accurate and timely manner.
Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Attendants according to state laws and department work instructions.
Assists manager in the areas of: budgeting, setting yearly department goals, revising work instructions, providing in-service training and education and assisting with improving patient satisfaction survey scores.
Assists with Physical Therapy promotional activities, program development, etc.
Supervises and mentors volunteers and/or students in adherence with department work instructions and/or APTA guidelines.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Program required.
Possess a valid license to practice in the state of Ohio required.
One year of experience preferred.
Exerting up to 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10-20 pounds of force often.
