24. Will work with the scheduler to ensure coverage of Clients as needed.
25. Direct supervisor is the Clinical Director of Home Care or designee.
26. Will independently develop a schedule of hours needed to meet the client’s needs on a routine or as needed basis.
27. Will schedule hours with the client and maintain records in accordance with all state, federal and billing agencies.
28. Will update the Staffing Coordinator or designee of hours worked with the client weekly and any changes as they occur in the clients’ schedule.
29. Will use the Clear Care app for clocking in and out of all client shifts and maintain time sheets to reflect hours worked with client(s).
30. Will update the Clinical Director of Home Care or designee of all changes in condition with the client.
31. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all client information and assure client’s rights and privacy is protected at all times.
32. Must have the ability to accurately plan work routine and complete assigned duties.
33. Must be able to work in an environment that includes pets and pet care.
34. Attend Broadmead orientation, as required.
35. Complete Relias in-service training, as required.
36. Attend staff meetings.
37. Help train colleagues.
38. Must maintain a professional, neat, clean appearance and follow the dress code policy.
