IN 2020, THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICE WAS PROVIDED 365 DAYS. DAY/WORK SERVICES WERE OPENED 252 DAYS IN 2020. CASE MANAGERS AND HDAC STAFF REVIEWED SERVICES PROVIDED FOR EACH CLIENT THROUGHOUT YEAR. CLIENTS SET PERSONAL GOALS AND ANY CHANGES IN CLIENT NEEDS ARE ADDRESSED AT THESE MEETINGS. NURSING SERVICES WERE ALSO PROVIDED TO MONITOR CLIENTS WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND ADMINISTER MEDICATION.
