This campus, known as COMP-Northwest, welcomed its inaugural class of 107 osteopathic medical students in July 2011, and has grown to more than 400. All of the health care programs have professional accreditations, and the University is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Pomona Unified School District's Adult and Career Education division is for adult residents of Pomona or Diamond Bar, California, who want to receive valuable career training at little to no cost. While high school students may attend with permission from their school counselor, Pomona's School of Adult and Career Education (ACE) exists primarily to educate adults aged 18 and over. Academics offered involve career-based certifications that lead to positions in health sciences, cosmetology and computers, among others.
