Individualized learning programs and distance education courses are some of the options Empire State College offers its predominantly adult student-body. Located in Saratoga Springs, New York, Empire State has learning centers throughout upstate New York and the New York metropolitan area as well as online to better serve the primary population it serves: the adult learner. Bachelor's, associate's and master's degrees are offered in the Arts, Sciences, Education, Business, Nursing and Human Services, among others.
