We're looking for a Pantry Operations Manager (Workplace Pantry) to lead a fun, hardworking team of 15-20 attendants and runners who keep our client's pantry stations fully stocked and running smoothly. Job Summary
The Conference Assistant (Porter) is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all Employees, Clients, Executives, and guest. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Rapport Director and Coordinator to complete in conference room setups to agreed specifications.
* Ensure all meeting rooms that are being used are cleaned and reset by adjusting all chairs to consistent height.
* Reset all conference rooms and public space for the following day according to daily set-up sheets.
* Liaise with FM Supplier to move/store furniture from storage as needed for meeting preparation.
* Deliver materials for meeting/training to meeting rooms prior to the start of the event.
* Provide exceptional internal and external workplace experience.
* Liaise with FM Supplier to ensure the cleanliness of all conference rooms and auditorium.
* Collaborate and interact effectively with all other departments.
* Effectively resolve amenities-related issues to enhance the user experience.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment highly desirable

Job Summary

* Respond to all requests (slack, email, etc.) directed to Reception Desk. Handling on-floor conference room activities as needed, both visually and by means of the reservations system, being aware of meeting start / end times, attendees in the room, food and beverage orders, etc. Advising the appropriate staff members of changes in meeting room status, special requests, etc.
* Communicating requests to the appropriate internal support departments.
* Having a thorough understanding of the emergency procedures and being prepared to carry out designated tasks in the event of a fire or other emergency.
* Adhering to dress code signature look
* Troubleshooting a wide variety of requests and situations, both for guests and for employees
* Act as way-finders and hospitality services resource for all guests.
* Maintain a clear, presentable working area always.

All staff members are also responsible for other duties or tasks that are assigned by the Assistant Managers or Supervisors, as a part of any “Job” or “Position” assigned during a normal work schedule. Team members may be assigned to support the meal production, service and cleaning after the meal or the dining facility.

Job Summary
