Job Summary The Conference Assistant (Porter) is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all Employees, Clients, Executives, and guest. Key Responsibilities: * Liaise with Rapport Director and Coordinator to complete in conference room setups to agreed specifications. * Ensure all meeting rooms that are being used are cleaned and reset by adjusting all chairs to consistent height. * Reset all conference rooms and public space for the following day according to daily set-up sheets. * Liaise with FM Supplier to move/store furniture from storage as needed for meeting preparation. * Deliver materials for meeting/training to meeting rooms prior to the start of the event. * Provide exceptional internal and external workplace experience. * Liaise with FM Supplier to ensure the cleanliness of all conference rooms and auditorium. * Collaborate and interact effectively with all other departments. * Effectively resolve amenities-related issues to enhance the user experience. * Perform other duties as assigned.
